Body Contouring

Body Contouring is a machine based treatment, which involves no needles or downtime, in fact we encourage you to be active for 20 minutes immediate after the treatment. The aim of this treatment is to break down and permanently remove the stubborn fat pockets. Clients should see an instant result which includes a reduction in size of the area to treated, an improvement in the skin and in some cases a weight loss. This also continues to work over 2 weeks so you will also see a further result.

There are 4 stages, to this treatment which takes roughly 40 minutes to complete. We start by applying gel, We then use a heat brush which starts to melt the fat cells. Next the cavitation head, which works to tighten the skin, you will hear a high pitched noise which gets louder as we move over the stubborn fat pockets. We then use the heat and vibration head to shake and break the fat cells into the lymphatic drainage system.

Lastly the vacuum to get rid of the fat cells into the lymphatic drainage system and to support the tightening of the skin, we work within your own tolerance levels to ensure it remains comfortable and effective.

Fat Dissolving Injections

We use a product called Aqulayx which is injected into the treated area to remove stubborn fat cells permanently. Aqualyx will work over a 4 week period. Here at FIKA we also follow this treatment with cavitation, which helps to get the product working more efficiently and to tighten the skin, a winning combination. We will also invite you back for a 4 week review and for additional cavitation treatments to ensure you get the very best result. Fat Dissolving injections work really well under the chin and also well for larger areas such as stomach, sides, back and arms.
